Directors Chris Bryant, Caspar Rodgers and Tristan Wigfall recently acted as guest editors for the October issue of AD magazine, titled 'New Modes: Redefining Practice'. The issue is based around the emerging modes of practice in architecture and ways in which firms are now leading the way in challenging conventional ideas surrounding the role of ‘The Architect’. The launch event took place in October at U+I PLC, with Alison Killing, Douglas Murphy, Finn Williams, Helen Castle and Holly Lewis among the speakers. MORE

Running from September to mid October, the 'Evolving Spaces' exhibition was recently completed at Dulwich College, London. The exhibition introduced people to the process of architecture through three distinct zones of investigation, each depicting a different aspect of the discipline: ‘Experience’, ‘Process’ and ‘Realisation’. alma-nac's Animal Hospital project was part of this year's Open House London and was recently featured in FX magazine. The hospital is the first of its kind in Central London, offering around the clock care and emergency services to all pets. It includes the first CT scanner of its type in Europe, X-ray facilities, isolation ward, and two surgeries as well as dedicated dog and cat wards. MORE
